February Videos

Here are some more Eli videos. The first one is what we call "Muscle Man." Eli has been doing this for a couple of months now and we aren't sure where he got it from (although now we encourage it). We know that it is cute now, but could be trouble later... so we don't encourage it too much. :) It's a little choppy because it's parts of a longer video. The second video is of Eli pulling himself up on the couch and walking along it. He can pull himself up easily on things that he can grip his fingers on, but can manage on things like couches. His walking along the couch is still pretty rough, although he has done better than this (This video from 2.20.09). The last one is just for fun. As we posted a couple months ago, Eli is fascinated by the sink and this particular day he found himself in a position where he could easily control the sink...

3 years and counting...

Well, this month marks our 3 year anniversary as well as Eli's 9 month birthday (next week). Eli can already pull himself up on things and can walk (or shuffle) along a couch or coffee table all by himself. He seems to be intent on getting the walking thing down and still doesn't care that much for crawling (still doing the army crawl). He's a strong little guy and seems to have incredible hand/foot-eye coordination. Maybe kids do at his age, but he can use his finger and thumb easily now and will pass things to his hands with his feet. Pretty cool. Here are some recent pics.
