Discovery
Discovering with joy instead of fear... gotta love it.
Rolling over... something he discovered October 7th, but has since mastered (at least back to front) and now thinks he must do every time he is on his back :)
Some pictures to enjoy...

Pretty much the cutest thing you could possibly see
So Eli has laughed just a couple of times so far, but it is adorable and we caught a few seconds of it on video... so now you can enjoy it with us. He usually starts cracking up and it lasts for 30 seconds or so. Pretty awesome!

Eli's first video (on blogger)
Finally got some software for our camera... so here is a movie of Eli doing Raspberries with his mouth... one of his favorite new things (along with sticking his tongue out). Enjoy :)

The moment you've been waiting for.... updates
So, we've been hangin' with our new "neighbors" Mike and Sarah... getting visited by Eli's cousins, going to weddings and best of all enjoying our Eli :) Enjoy the pics (not in order).

Boston
Our summer is nearing an end (although we still have 100 degree weather). I think the hot weather is making Eli grow really fast... he is already 15 pounds and almost 3 months old. We are enjoying him more and more every day. It has been fun to watch his happy personality develop. In the morning he can't stop smiling, which sure makes waking up easier :) Unfortunately, work starts soon for Sara (she isn't too excited). Lucky for me I was able to switch to four 10's so I will get to have boy time with Eli on Fridays while Sara is slaving away.
As for traveling, we were lucky enough to squeeze in one more trip before the end of summer. We had flight vouchers from our China fiasco and were able to get last minute tickets to Boston. It was a blast. We went on a whale watching tour and saw at least 30 whales. It was crazy how close they got to the ship. Eli did amazing on all 6 flights and while we were touring. He just relaxed in his stroller taking in all of the fun sights. Good times!

Our latest adventures
We have been having a lot of fun with little Eli. He is growing so fast. He is almost 14 pounds!
He makes some great faces :)

Our friends Scott and Al had a little baby girl. It's crazy how big Eli is compared to her. He asked her to be his girlfriend!

We went to a Mariner's game last weekend with Aunt Barbara's family. It was a lot of fun. Eli was super cute in his baseball outfit :)

Us at Carolyn's wedding (Silas' co-worker) at a gorgeous golf club overlooking Seattle.
Eli helping with the lawn.
Boy time!

Another pic from the game.
